Operational Legal Position
How the platform operates, in brief. The documents themselves set out the full terms.
- Access to the catalog requires account registration, legal acceptance, and manual approval.
- Products are positioned for lawful laboratory or analytical research use and not for human consumption.
- Orders are card-only, subject to fraud review, and may be held, cancelled, or refunded before dispatch.
- Shipments dispatch from South Africa, with destination-country import compliance remaining the customer's responsibility.
