This section turns the legal canvas in Legal.md into public-facing documents for The Peptide Clinic. Each document is written to match the gated, research-use-only operating model already built into the site.

Operational Legal Position
The public legal set is written around the gated platform model already present in the codebase.
Access to the catalog requires account registration, legal acceptance, and manual approval.
Products are positioned for lawful laboratory or analytical research use and not for human consumption.
Orders are card-only, subject to fraud review, and may be held, cancelled, or refunded before dispatch.
Shipments dispatch from South Africa, with destination-country import compliance remaining the customer's responsibility.
Returns are tightly restricted because of product sensitivity, but mandatory consumer rights remain preserved where they apply.
